We are looking for a Lead Deckhand for a 45m+ Private Classic S/Y.
Permanent position to start ASAP.
Itinerary: Bahamas and USA
Candidates should have strong sailing experience and ideally have YM in hand.
Minimum of 1 year experience on sailing vessels 30m+
Looking for a hard-working deckhand that is happy to take on responsibility and is dedicated to his job.
B1B2 visa is essential.
Total of 8 mixed nationality crew onboard.
Should be fluent in English.
Non-smoking vessel.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA
