We are looking for a First Mate for a 40m+ Private/Charter S/Y.
Permanent position to start end of April in the Caribbean.
Busy dual season vessel with an exciting itinerary planned.
Should have a minimum YM Ocean in hand.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Mate on similar sized vessel.
Strong sailing skills required!
Candidates should be confident to take charge and run the deck efficiently.
Total of 7 mixed nationality crew on board.
Should be fluent in English.
Non smoking vessel.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
